Overview : 3 days Fes to Merzouga Desert Tour

Fes stands out as one of Morocco’s major cities, and it’s a must-visit destination, especially for those embarking on a Sahara Desert adventure, alongside Marrakech.

Note: A highly favored route is the Marrakech to Fes desert tour, allowing you to initiate your journey in Marrakech and, following your Sahara desert exploration, proceed to Fez—or vice versa. Nevertheless, this 3-day Fes, Merzouga, Erg Chebbi Dunes excursion offers a unique opportunity to venture into the deep south of Morocco. You’ll partake in a camel trekking tour across the enchanting dunes of Erg Chebbi, leading to an overnight stay in nomad tents nestled in the heart of the desert.

The journey unfolds amidst captivating landscapes, including The Middle Atlas, the Cedar forest with its resident monkeys (barbary apes), encounters with nomadic families dwelling in tents, and insights into life in the wild desert of Morocco. Explore the picturesque gorge of Ziz and its valley, discover the fossil craftsmanship of Erfoud, and savor the finest dates this region has to offer.
