A 3-day unforgettable desert adventure with a once-in-a-lifetime experience of spending the night in the Sahara. With the air crisp, clean and clear, the stars so close you can almost touch them and a silence that is almost deafening. You will ride camels, watch a breathtaking sunset and sunrise as well as spend a night in a Berber tent.
On the way to the desert you will pass the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass and visit Valley of the Roses with all the magnificent Kasbahs.

Departing early in the morning from your riad/hotel in Marrakech, we drive through the High Atlas Mountains over the Tizin’Tichka Pass (2260 m), the highest road pass in Morocco, offering spectacular panoramic views of mountains, valleys and colorful Berber villages.
Travelling southwards,we stop on the way to visit the kasbahs of Ait Benhaddou. With its UNESCO listed spectacular Kasbah, Ait Benhaddou is a famous site for Hollywood movies shooting such as Gladiator. The trip continues through the palm-lined Draa valley with a stop in Zagora for a tea break before heading towards the village of Mhamid, where you will spend the night.
After Breakfast, you start your exploration of the old village of M’hamid el Ghizlane, the village called situated at the End of the Civilisation with its 7 kasbahs and between the small surviving palm farms. You come back to the hotel for enjoying your lunch at the restaurant or by the refreshing pool. At 4 p.m you are transported towards the camp with 2 hours 4×4 driving along a deserted way. After getting your tent you go for a sunset experience on camel’s back. Dinner will be served under the open sky full of stars. Night in the tent or outside under the sky at the Nomade Camp Erg Chigaga.
Admire the sunrise over the dunes and enjoy breakfast before departing with 4×4 vehicles to Foum Zguid via the old Paris-Dakar road that crosses Iriqui lake. We then stop in the Berber village of Taznakht for lunch before taking the route back to Marrakech.
